If you have misplaced/lost your license key or download link for the CA Security Software that you received through your Internet Service Provider (ISP), please follow the below process:

Step 1:

Check for the welcome e-mail that was sent from CA (Computer Associates) when you registered for the software through your ISP.

The e-mail would have been sent from the email address notifications@my-etrust.com and the subject of the e-mail would be “Welcome to Computer Associates”

If you are able to locate this e-mail, click on the button present to download the CA Security Software.

You will also find the license key to install the software in the e-mail, as shown below:

Step 2:

If you are unable to locate the welcome e-mail, please contact your local Internet Service Providers’ (ISP) support for further assistance.
