Cause:
The downloader file CAInstall2010.exe after detecting Token ID fails to generate the activation code as downloader wrapper is not launched. This may happened due to some browser issues or server load.
Resolution:
1. Click on the Download button which you received from the Welcome Email.
2. Get the Token ID from the download link.
4. Enter the Token ID on the popup from Support Bridge and click on Next
Activation code will now be generated and you can continue with the installation of CA Internet Security Suite Plus 2010
