You should be logged in as Administrator to delete the user Profile in My kids
1. Open CA Security Center.
To do this, from the Start menu, select All Programs, CA, CA Internet Security Suite and CA Security Center.
2. Click the My Kids panel.
3. Click the Change User button.
The Username would be selected as Administrator as default.
4. Type in the administrator password.
5. Click the Login button.
6. Click on Manage User Profiles which is on the right pane of that Window
7. Click on remove link against to the profile which you want to delete.
8. Click on Close.
You have now removed the profile successfully from My Kids
