Problem Summary
I’m not able to receive emails with my CA Antivirus enabled.
Problem Resolution
Your CA Antivirus ensures that your email is transferred in a secured way. In your email software you have to check whether your SSL setting is enabled.

Resolution:
For Windows mail/Outlook Users follow the below steps.
  1. Go to Tools -> Accounts ( You need to go to “Mail” tab in Outlook Express)
  2. Double Click on your email account you’ll get your Mail Account Properties window.
  3. Go to Advanced tab
  4. On the Advanced, below Server Port Numbers under Incoming Port there is a Option “This Server require connection (SSL)”. You have to check this option. Once you check the option the incoming port number will change to 995. Click on Apply and then Ok

 SSL Settings
  1. Now you should be able to receive emails.
For Microsoft Outlook Users:
  1. Go to Tools -> Account Settings
  2. Highlight your email account and Click on “Change… “ at the top of that window
  3. Click on “More Settings” and Click on Advanced
  4. Check the option “This server requires a secure connection”
  5. Close the window
You should be able to send and receive emails now.
