1.    Please click the below link to run the uninstaller.

If you are not using Internet Explorer as your default browser, then copy and paste the below link in the Internet Explorer window.

The browser window will open as seen below.

2.    Right click the yellow bar across the top and select Download File…

The File Download box opens.

3.    Click the Run button.

The Uninstaller begins and moves through a bunch of screens.

If you have installed Parental Controls, you will get a prompt for Administrator Password.

4.    Enter the administrator password with which you configured My Kids.

5.    Click the OK button.

The Uninstall will proceed .

When the uninstall task is in progress, you will get an error message stating Can’t open product registry key.

This is expected behavior.

6.    Please click the OK button.

Once all files are removed, you will get a prompt to reboot your computer.

7.    Restart your computer.

When the computer is back on your desktop, CA Internet Security Suite 2010 will be completely removed.
